Kingwin Villa

Kingwin Villa is a modern, fully furnished three-bedroom independent villa. The open living room sits under a high ceiling and connects straight through to the dining space, which is what makes it feel airy and sociable at the same time — somewhere family and friends actually gather rather than scatter.

Downstairs, classic wooden sofas face a TV that also carries the CCTV feed, and the dining table seats six to eight comfortably. The ground-floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning, a full-sized wardrobe and a private en-suite with a walk-in glass shower, clearly separated wet and dry areas, a modern vanity and continuous hot water.

The kitchen is fully equipped — electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, cookware, serving dishes and the utensils you actually need. An on-site RO purifier supplies clean drinking water for the whole stay.

Upstairs, a spacious hallway overlooks the living room below and opens onto the terrace. Bedroom 2 repeats the master layout with a noticeably larger en-suite and a private balcony for morning coffee. Bedroom 3 is a double with a full wardrobe, a study desk, air conditioning and its own private balcony.

Outside there is a roof terrace for evening hangouts and a smooth, fully tiled walkway wrapping around the house for a quiet stroll. The villa sits directly behind the District Collector’s Residence, in an exceptionally peaceful and secure neighbourhood.
